I visited a new gym today. It's near Ampang (Pandan Indah) called Revolution Gym & Fitness. And read their blog. Here's a tip I picked up from one of their posts.
It's about the EFFECTS OF WATER in our quest for fat loss. Quite an eye opener. Challenges some of our 'logic' . Here's a summary of it
1) Water increases strength and performance in the gym
2) Water helps to prevent injuries
3) Water improves digestion
So you say you're already drinking water everyday. But how much is ENOUGH WATER to achieve the above benefits ?
